PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for customers in Prague. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready. Pick-up location: [Doplň adresu v Praze, nebo smaž celou sekci pokud nemáš výdejnu].
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
MolnarStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For EU orders, all prices include VAT.
DAMAGES
MolnarStore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or contact us at misha.m2504@gmail.com and we will help you file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
