Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.

2. Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, intimate items, and digital downloads cannot be returned.

3. How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at misha.m2504@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at misha.m2504@gmail.com.

6. EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
